This 2-day group intensive distills seven months’ worth of relationship tools and communication practices into a powerful, interactive weekend.
Whether you’re partnered or single, Celeste offers a supportive, grounded space where you can break free from stuck patterns and start building skills that truly last.
“The bootcamp was a turning point for my partner and I. We are more effective at repairing and being lovingly honest so resentments don’t build between us. We are noticing the tenderness and turn-on returning to our connection.” – Amanda T.
To communicate kindly and compassionately — even when it’s hard — and create safer interactions that build mutual trust.
You’ll engage in a mix of presentations, guided exercises, small-group sharing, and personal reflection — all designed to help you shift how you show up in relationships.
Gain clarity around long-standing relational challenges so you can finally break free from repetitive, unhelpful patterns
Learn healthy communication tools — how to listen and respond in ways that reduce conflict and sidestep automatic triggers
Recognize when you’re stuck, shut down, or overwhelmed, and practice real-time strategies to move toward safety, connection, and intimacy
Feel less alone — supported by a group of people also doing the work to build stronger, more satisfying relationships
✓ Couples who want a clear path to lasting harmony, faster repair and stronger communication skills.
✓ Individuals or Couples who are ready to understand their triggers, increase self-awareness, and shift out of old habits.
✓ Anyone healing from a breakup or divorce who wants to reconnect with themselves and approach future relationships with more clarity and self-compassion.
✓ Coaches, therapists, or helping professionals looking to deepen their understanding of the RLT model and apply it personally as well as professionally.
✓ Couples new to therapy who want an educational, supportive first step before diving into one-on-one work.
✓ Couples already in therapy who want an immersive, group-based experience to accelerate their growth and feel less alone in the process.
Over two transformational days, I invite you to:
Shift out of Blame and into connection
Identify and break toxic patterns that are holding you or your relationship back
Rebuild trust, intimacy, self-esteem and communication with guidance and structure
Understand each other more deeply than you maybe ever have
Feel seen, heard, and emotionally safe — even during conflict
Led by a certified *by Terry Real RLT practitioner, this educational weekend is about doing your inner work — with honesty, courage, and care.
*This is not a therapy group. Everyone is encouraged to “pass” on anything they’re not comfortable with. No one is obligated to do anything.
gave me more curiosty into my reactive behaviors and increased by self-compassion for that young part of me.

Because waiting won’t fix it — but action will.
Disconnection, tension, or feeling stuck doesn’t just go away. The longer it lingers, the harder it is to repair. If you’re ready for change, this is your moment.
Think of this as a powerful jumpstart for your relational health — more affordable and time-efficient than ongoing weekly therapy, but just as impactful.
You can feel more skillful and empowered in all your relationships — not just romantic ones, but family and work dynamics too. This bootcamp gives you practical tools that create real change across the board.
I get it — doing this kind of work is vulnerable and takes courage. I’ll be right there with you, sharing my own experiences and walking the walk of self-awareness and self-compassion.
No judgment or pressure. Just real tools, real talk and real change.
This is an inclusive, safe space with mutual respect, dignity, and belonging for all races, sexual identities, genders, religions, nationalities and partnership statuses.
Celeste brings personal experience to the work of relational healing. She understands how challenging it can be to shift protective patterns formed in childhood and encourages clients to express their needs and emotions with less fear, anger, or shame.
She models Relational Mindfulness, safe communication, and the healing of the inner child while strengthening the Wise Adult. With a trauma-informed and non-judgmental approach, she helps individuals and couples reframe past pain and build healthier connections.
Celeste’s willingness to share her own journey invites others to face their patterns with honesty and compassion — and to feel less alone in the process.
