The Essential Relationship Skills Workshop
by Terry Real
This two-day intensive compresses 7-10 months of communication tools and practices into a single weekend. Whether partnered or single, Linnea and Celeste invite you to a supportive learning environment where you can transcend negative relationship dynamics with strategies that foster healthier relational interactions and a positive internal shift.
Relational Health includes:
Compassion, Collaboration, Clear Internal Boundaries and Reclaimed Self-Esteem
In an interactive setting, you'll up-level your communication skills to navigate challenging conversations and create mutually satisfying interactions.
Interactive In-Person Event
Through presentations, experiential exercises, small group processing and personal reflection, you will:
- Gain clarity around relational challenges that have persisted for years (so you can break free from repeated patterns).
- Acquire healthy listening and responding skills to reduce conflict and side-step automatic triggers.
- Identify when you feel stuck, shut down or overwhelmed so you can learn winning strategies that create safety and intimacy.
- Feel less alone in navigating the path to a mutually satisfying relationship.

Who Should Attend?
✓ Couples wanting a clear path to sustain harmony, repair faster and improve positive communication.
✓ Individuals and Couples looking to understand where their triggers originate and what can be done to cultivate more self-awareness.
✓ Anyone recovering from a relationship ending (or divorce) who wants to experience more self-awareness and self-forgiveness before dating again.
✓ Coaches or Professionals hoping to deepen their understanding of the RLT model and increase their own relational skills personally.
✓ Couples who have never had therapy and want an educational experience first before deciding to work with a relationship counselor.
✓ Couples who are in therapy currently and want an experience of doing their work alongside other people who are exploring becoming better humans on the planet.
What to Expect
An educational setting, not a therapy group.
• A less intense environment for learning.
• You’ll make significant personal progress in a short amount of time.
• A less expensive and time-consuming approach than weekly therapy to jumpstart your relational health.
• Everyone is encouraged to “pass” on anything they’re not comfortable with. No one is obligated to do anything.
• Opportunities to process and practice new skills together so you walk away feeling seen and heard.
• A toolkit and roadmap to take with you and to deepen your practice of the skills presented.

Why Now?
You are wanting to feel more skillful and empowered in your relationship (we include family and work relationships in this equation too).
You will walk away with increases Self-Esteem and know how to practice better Boundaries and set limits with others in a kind and clear way.
To have more satisfying relationship interactions, it takes effort from each person. All humans have habitual patterns that keep them stuck or unable to achieve closeness with another person. Now’s the time to shift this.
Your facilitators will self-disclose as part of the teaching for the group. They are in the trenches with you. This bootcamp is inclusive of wherever you are on the path of personal growth.

Meet Your Facilitators

Linnea Jewett MA, LPC & RLT Certified
Linnea is a dedicated therapist and facilitator who is deeply passionate about guiding individuals and couples toward more meaningful and satisfying relationships. Her training in Relational Life Therapy has deeply transformed both her professional and personal relationships, fueling her passion for the work and her eagerness to share its benefits with others. Her compassionate, engaging style fosters a safe and nurturing space where participants can delve into their relational dynamics, develop new skills, and undergo significant personal growth. She believes healing and evolving our relationships is the foundation of true happiness.

Celeste Labadie, LMFT & RLT Trained
Celeste understands from personal experience the commitment and effort required to shift protective and defensive patterns learned in childhood (in our families). She encourages her clients to take brave action in speaking their needs and revealing vulnerable feelings — with less anger, shame or fear. Celeste is a trusted ally who encourages and models Relational Mindfulness, safe communicative skills, and healing the inner child and cultivating the Wise Adult. She helps couples and individuals reframe the burdens of past experiences through a trauma-informed and non-judgemental lens. By owning her own losing strategies (and negative patterns), Celeste’s clients often say they feel safe to acknowledge their own patterns — feeling less alone in this work of relational recovery.
We welcome you to an inclusive, safe space with mutual respect, dignity, and belonging for all races, sexual identities, genders, religions, nationalities and partnership statuses.
